Categories collected and purposes
RxLaunchOS may collect identifiers and account information; internet or electronic activity; professional or employment-related information; commercial subscription records; approximate location derived from network security logs; and inferences users explicitly create in commercialization plans. These categories are used to provide, secure, support, bill, audit, and improve the authorized service.
Sources and recipients
Information comes from users, their organizations, authorized integrations, security logs, and payment or infrastructure providers. It may be disclosed to contracted service providers, an authorized customer organization, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. RxLaunchOS does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, a California resident may request to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete personal information, and receive information about data practices. Where sale, sharing, or sensitive-information uses covered by California law do not occur, the corresponding opt-out or limitation mechanism is not displayed as though it were active.
How to submit a request
Registered users should use the MFA-protected privacy request center. A resident who cannot access an account, or an authorized agent, may use the Seven16 Group contact channel. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority and use it only for verification.
Response and deletion limits
We target a response within 45 days after receiving a verifiable request and may extend the response period when permitted, with notice. Deletion can be limited by legal exceptions, security needs, active disputes or holds, contractual service-provider roles, shared company records, source-license requirements, and backup-expiry schedules. The response will explain the outcome.
Nondiscrimination
RxLaunchOS will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. A deletion request can make the requested service impossible to continue, but it does not change the price or quality of unrelated service as retaliation.
Retention
Retention is based on the purpose, record sensitivity, tenant agreement, security and audit requirements, licensed-source terms, legal holds, and backup lifecycle. RxLaunchOS does not retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose unless another legal basis applies.
