Who operates RxLaunchOS
RxLaunchOS is a product of Upper Echelon Management. Seven16 Group LLC supplies technology and billing infrastructure. The organization identified in an enterprise agreement may have additional responsibilities for its users and business records.
Information we collect
- Account information, including name, company email, authentication status, role, and tenant membership.
- Commercialization workspace records supplied or created by authorized users, including plans, evidence, decisions, risks, actions, reports, and configured commercial data.
- Security, audit, usage, device, browser, and service diagnostics needed to protect and operate the service.
- Subscription and transaction references from Stripe. RxLaunchOS does not store full payment-card details.
RxLaunchOS is not designed for patient-level information, protected health information, or unapproved sensitive personal data.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, isolate tenants, provide the requested workspace, operate support and security controls, process subscriptions, preserve evidence and audit history, improve authorized product behavior, and comply with legal obligations. Tenant data is not promoted into shared methodology without a separate rights, de-identification, and human-review process.
Service providers and disclosure
RxLaunchOS uses contracted infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, database, payment, monitoring, and—only when authorized—AI processing. Access is limited to the service purpose and applicable configuration. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on record type, subscription state, tenant instructions, source rights, security needs, legal holds, and backup expiry. A deletion request does not instantly erase shared company records or records that must be retained under an applicable exception. We verify identity, determine scope, revoke access when appropriate, coordinate service-provider deletion, and retain only the minimal deletion certificate or legally required record.
Your choices and rights
Authenticated users can request access, correction, or deletion from the privacy request center. California residents can review the California Privacy Notice. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Security
Private beta accounts require a company email and authenticator-based multi-factor verification before workspace provisioning. No online service can promise absolute security; users must protect credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.
Changes and contact
Material changes receive a new version and effective date. For a privacy request, use the authenticated request center. For questions before creating an account, use the Seven16 Group contact channel.
