Service identity
RxLaunchOS is a U.S. pharmaceutical commercialization operating system offered by Upper Echelon Management, with technology and billing infrastructure powered by Seven16 Group LLC. RxLaunchOS is not an insurance product.
Eligibility and account security
You must be authorized to act for the company associated with your email domain, provide accurate registration information, maintain one personal account, and complete required multi-factor authentication. Shared credentials, consumer email accounts, attempts to bypass tenant boundaries, and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Fourteen-day beta trial
The controlled beta trial lasts 14 days from trusted workspace provisioning and does not require a credit card. Trial features, capacity, support, and availability may be limited. At expiration, the workspace may enter a restricted upgrade state under the active retention policy rather than remaining fully usable.
Paid plans and founding offers
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout under the price, billing interval, seat quantity, tax treatment, and offer terms shown at purchase. A founding-member rate, if granted, is personal, nontransferable, not combinable, and applies only to the original continuously active eligible subscription. Cancellation or expiration after the disclosed payment-recovery period ends the grant. Organization discounts require a written order form and do not create an automatic perpetual price promise.
Authorized use
You may use RxLaunchOS only for lawful, non-promotional commercialization planning within your authorized tenant and role. You may not upload patient-identifiable data, protected health information, malicious code, unlawfully obtained data, or content you lack rights to use. RxLaunchOS does not replace legal, regulatory, medical, pharmacovigilance, MLR, CRM, or executive approval.
Customer data and permissions
You retain rights in data you are authorized to provide. You grant the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and return that data. You are responsible for user authorization, source rights, and the accuracy of submitted records. Tenant isolation, evidence, and insufficient-data controls do not make every output complete or decision-grade.
Beta availability and changes
The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain defects or change before general availability. We may suspend access to protect users, tenants, infrastructure, legal rights, or the service. We will not represent a configured or preview capability as externally certified or continuously available without evidence.
Termination and data requests
You may stop using the service and submit a privacy or deletion request. Subscription cancellation, account deletion, company-record retention, export, licensed-source purge, and backup expiry are separate operations. Enterprise tenant data is governed by the applicable organization agreement and authorized administrator instructions.
Disclaimers and responsibility
RxLaunchOS provides planning, evidence, workflow, and decision-support tools. Human users remain responsible for decisions and actions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beta access is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every launch decision. Any negotiated warranty, liability, indemnity, or dispute terms belong in the applicable paid agreement.
